Mark Gluege-Las Vegas, NV : It was field of dreams at Wild Skies. We had hunted in various spots throughout Colorado and often we saw no sign of elk. We only had a few days to hunt during rifle 3 and never having hunted there before we knew we would have to make the best of each day. We found meadows and dark timber that were loaded with fresh sign and although we didn’t bag our elk on that trip we have already put in for next year.
